Every Oliver Jorg piece is crafted using meticulously selected materials. We recommend treating your tie with care to maintain its beauty and longevity.

Care: Dry clean only. Do not iron.
Made-to-Order & Returns Policy

All custom ties are made to order and produced specifically to your selected design. As a result, custom items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production has begun.

Custom ties are non-returnable unless faulty. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, providing clear photographs for
assessment.

Colours & Design Accuracy
Colours shown on screen are a digital representation only. Final colours may vary slightly due to screen settings, silk weave, dye absorption, and lighting conditions.
By placing an order, you confirm that all colour selections and design choices are correct. Oliver Jorg cannot be held responsible for errors in customer-selected
designs.

Production & Delivery
Custom ties are produced on a made-to-order basis. Production typically takes 6–8 weeks, followed by delivery. Production times are estimates and may vary during peak
periods.

Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be amended or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, production may have begun and changes or cancellations will not be possible.

Design Limitations
Customisation is limited to the design patterns and colour options available within the Custom Tie Builder. Requests outside these parameters require a separate bespoke
enquiry.

Intellectual Property
All design patterns remain the intellectual property of Oliver Jorg. Customisation does not grant ownership, licensing, or reproduction rights.
