All custom ties are made to order and produced specifically to your selected design. Once production has begun, custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Colours shown on screen are a digital representation only and may vary slightly due to silk weave, dye absorption, lighting, and screen settings.
By placing an order, you confirm that all colour and design selections are correct. Oliver Jorg cannot be held responsible for errors in customer-selected designs.
Production typically takes 6–8 weeks, followed by delivery. Lead times are estimates and may vary during peak periods.
Orders may be amended or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, changes may not be possible.
Customisation is limited to the design patterns and colour options available within the builder.
Custom ties are non-returnable unless faulty. Any manufacturing faults must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
