Returns & Refunds

We hope you are delighted with your Oliver Jorg purchase. However, if you wish to make a return, we offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

 

Eligibility

 

To be eligible, items must be returned in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase will also be required.

 

How to Return

 

To begin a return, please contact us at contact@oliverjorg.co.uk. Once your request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and full instructions. Please note that items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Exchanges

 

If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend placing a new order once your return has been accepted, as this is the fastest way to secure your desired product.

 

Refunds

 

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, bank or card providers may take additional time to process the transaction.
