Before You Order

• All custom ties are made to order and produced specifically to your selected design. Once production has begun, custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

• Colours shown on screen are a digital representation only and may vary slightly due to silk weave, dye absorption, lighting, and screen settings.

• By placing an order, you confirm that all colour and design selections are correct. Oliver Jorg cannot be held responsible for errors in customer-selected designs.

• Production typically takes 6–8 weeks, followed by delivery. Lead times are estimates and may vary during peak periods.

• Orders may be amended or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, changes may not be possible.

• Customisation is limited to the design patterns and colour options available within the builder.

• Custom ties are non-returnable unless faulty. Any manufacturing faults must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
